Our Favorite Carrot Cake

Whatever else you say about Martha Stewart, she has someone on staff at the Empire who knows how to make an AMAZING carrot cake. No pineapple, no coconut, no applesauce instead of oil or eggs, no raisins, no whole wheat hippie earth granola goodness. Just yummy, orangey, moist carrot cake, which always comes out perfectly and is super easy and delicious. Though we don't put the walnuts in.
